The Secretariat that hosts KOREA PACK & ICPI WEEK Online, Kyungyon Exhibition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Exhibition Secretariat') values your personal information of data and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. The Exhibition Secretariat informs you of the purpose and method of using the personal information provided by members through the privacy policy, and what measures are being taken to protect personal information. 1. Purpose of processing personal information Members' personal information collected by the Exhibition Secretariat is processed for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the followings, and we will seek prior consent if the purpose of use is changed. 1) Register and manage homepage membership Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirmation of registration intention, identification and authentication according to the provision of registration services, maintenance and management of membership, prevention of illegal use of services, and various notifications. 2) Handling civil service affairs Personal information is processed for the purpose of verifying the identity of the civil petitioner, confirming the civil complaints, contacting and notifying the facts, and notifying the results of the processing. 3) Deliver goods or services Personal information is processed for the purpose of delivering goods, providing services, entering the exhibition, sending invoices, providing contents, self-authentication, payment and settlement of charges, and collection of credits. 4) Use in marketing and advertising Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing new services and customized services, providing exhibition events and advertising information and opportunities to participate, providing services according to demographic characteristics and posting advertisements, verifying the validity of services, identifying access frequencies, or statistics on member’s use of services. In addition, the personal information may be used to contact the information owner for promotion of goods or solicitation of sales. 5) Managing seminar and conference participation application If you apply for participation in seminars and conferences held concurrently during the exhibition period, registered personal information can be provided to the event organizer. In order to provide convenient and diverse services to members, the Exhibition Secretariat can conduct marketing activities for various services by mail, e-mail, SMS, fax, etc. using personal information collected from users. If the user does not want to, the service may be rejected by notifying the Exhibition Secretariat over the phone. The Exhibition Secretariat does not use personal information for purposes other than collection and use purposes or provide it to a third party without the consent of the user. (However, the collected data may be provided to the exhibition certification body for objective exhibition verification, and the provided data will not be used for any purpose other than exhibition verification. ) 2. Status of personal information files The personal information collected by the Exhibition Secretariat is kept to the minimum required for service provision, but if additional information is needed, additional information may be requested. The exhibition secretariat receives the following personal information items as required inputs from users on the online pre-registration screen. Except for the required input items listed below, personal information of users is classified as optional input items. 1) Membership registration and management - Required items: name of person in charge, affiliation (company name), department, country, address, telephone, e-mail, mobile phone number, survey (exhibition of interest, purpose of visit, etc.) - Optional items: position, fax, homepage address 2) In the process of using the Internet service, the following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected. - service use record, access log, MAC address, cookie, access IP information, visit record, bad use record, etc. Users can indicate whether they agree to the collection of personal information by checking the "I agree" item to the contents of the personal information handling policy or terms and conditions established by the Exhibition Secretariat. If you check the "I agree" item, you are deemed to have consented to the collection of personal information. Information such as race, place of origin, hometown, ideology, political orientation, criminal record, health status, etc., which may infringe on the user's basic human rights, will not be collected unless the consent of the user or stipulated by laws and regulations. The Exhibition Secretariat may collect personal information in the following ways ; • Website, online newsletter, telephone, inquiries (wired, e-mail), online participation application, online pre-registration, on-site registration card creation, online/offline event application, business partnering (meeting) application, seminar and conference participation application 3. Processing and retention period of personal information The Exhibition Secretariat shall process and hold personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information under the Act or the period of use of personal information agreed to collect personal information from the information subject. The personal information processing and retention period is as follows ; • Personal information will be retained and used for the above purpose of use from the date of consent for collection and use. • After the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information will be destroyed without delay. 1) Basis for retention: Member's consent - Personal information marketing utilization: 5 years 2) Related laws ① Records on user complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years ② Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years ③ Records on contract or subscription withdrawal: 5 years User's personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. In addition, upon termination of consent, the Exhibition Secretariat destroys the user's personal information without delay, except for data stored for a certain period according to the reasons for retaining the information specified above. In addition, if the processing of personal information is entrusted to a third party, the trustee is also instructed to destroy it. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal information stored in the form of electronic files is destroyed using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record. 4. Provision of personal information to third parties The Exhibition Secretariat uses users' personal information within the scope notified in 『Personal Information Collection and Use Items and Purposes』. The Exhibition Secretariat does not use the user's personal information beyond the scope without prior consent from the user or, in principle, provide the user's personal information to a third party. However, the following cases are exceptions ; 1) When users have previously consented to disclosure or provision to a third party 2) AKEI(Association of Korean Exhibition Industry) : Purpose of verification such as exhibition certification 3) When it is necessary for statistics, academic research, or market research, and it is provided in a form that cannot identify a specific company or individual 4) When requested by a national agency in accordance with relevant laws and regulations 5) When there is an investigational purpose for a crime, or when there is a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee 6) When there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated by other related laws and regulations 5. Consignment of personal information processing The Exhibition Secretariat entrusts the following personal information processing tasks for smooth personal information processing : 1) Consignee : SYSFORU, INC. 2) Contents of the entrusted work: Website and server management, Online exhibition platform management, Registration system consignment, Electronic business card system service provision, etc. 3) Retention and use period of personal information: Until the end of the consignment contract The entrusted information is limited to the minimum information necessary to provide smooth service. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Exhibition Secretariat stipulates compliance with laws and regulations related to personal information protection, confidentiality of personal information, prohibition of provision to third parties, liability in case of accidents, consignment period, and obligation to return or destroy personal information after processing ends so that personal information is safely managed during consignment contracts. If a visitor of the online exhibition platform visits the exhibitor's online booth and requests an inquiry, meeting application, invitation card, or favorite, it is deemed that they agree to provide the user's information to the exhibitor. This will not be used for any purpose other than the company and product information of the exhibitor. 6. The rights and obligations of the information subject and legal representative As a personal information subject, users can exercise the following rights. 1) The information subject may exercise the right to the Exhibition Secretariat at any time, such as accessing, correcting, deleting, and requesting suspension of processing of personal information . 2) The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted in writing, e-mail, and FAX pursuant to Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Exhibition Secretariat will take action without delay. 3) The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted through an agent, such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person delegated. In such cases, a power of attorney in attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act shall be submitted. 4) The right of the information subject may be restricted pursuant to Articles 35 (5) and 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act. 5) A request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as a collection target under other statutes. 6) The Exhibition Secretariat verifies whether the person who made the request for access according to the rights of the information subject, request for correction or deletion, or request for suspension of processing is himself/herself or a legitimate agent. 7. Destruction of personal information In principle, if the purpose of processing personal information is achieved, the Exhibition Secretariat shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay. The procedures, deadlines, and methods for destruction are as follows : Destruction procedure The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DataBase after the purpose is achieved (in case of paper, separate documents) and is stored for a certain period of time or immediately destroyed in accordance with internal policies and other related laws. At this time, the personal information transferred to DataBase will not be used for any other purpose except under the law. Destruction deadline If the user's personal information is unnecessary, such as achieving the purpose of processing personal information, abolishing the service, or Exit of the business, the user's personal information shall destroy the personal information within five days from the date it is deemed unnecessary. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices To provide individual customized services, the Exhibition Secretariat uses 'cookie' which stores usage information and frequently brings it up. Changing the Privacy Policy The personal information processing policy shall be applied from the effective date, and if there is an addition, deletion, or correction of changes according to laws and regulations, it will be notified seven days before the change is implemented. 11. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information Pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Exhibition Secretariat takes technical, management and physical measures necessary to ensure safety as follows : 1) Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc. 2) Technical measures: Management of access rights such as personal information processing system, installation of access control system, encryption of unique identification information, installation of security programs 3) Physical measures: Access control of computer center, data storage room, etc.

Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and related procedures of the members and the Exhibition Secretariat in connection with the KOREA PACK & ICPI WEEK online exhibition platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Exhibition Platform") operated by Kyungyon Exhibition Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Exhibition Secretariat"). Article 2 (Definition) 1. An “Online Exhibition Platform” refers to a virtual business place set up by the Exhibition Secretariat so that goods or services can be traded using information and communication facilities such as computers. 2. “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member in the "Online Exhibition Platform" and who can continue to use the services provided by the "Online Exhibition Platform". Article 3 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions) 1. The Exhibition Secretariat may revise these terms and conditions from time to time, and when it intends to amend them, it shall inform the members of the amendment in at least one of the following ways ; ① Email notification ② Written notification ③ Posted in the Exhibition Online Platform (online.pack-icpi.com) 2. The terms and conditions amended pursuant to the provisions of this Article are, in principle, valid from the date of its effectiveness. The method of notification and the effectiveness of notification in this Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the individual or overall notification prescribed by each clause of this Agreement. Article 4 (Discontinuation of Services) 1. The Exhibition Secretariat may temporarily suspend the provision of website services in the event of an inspection, repair, replacement, failure, or loss of communication of information and communication facilities, such as computers. 2. When the Exhibition Secretariat intends to suspend the website service due to the reasons referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article, it notifies the members of the website service suspension by sending an e-mail or posting it on the exhibition website. Article 5 (Membership Registration) 1. The user applies for membership by filling in the member information according to the registration form set by the Exhibition Secretariat and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions. 2. The Exhibition Secretariat is registered as a member among users who have applied for membership as a member as described in Paragraph 1 of this Article, unless they fall under any of the following items. ① If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership status pursuant to Article 6 (3) of these Terms and Conditions, however, 3 years have elapsed after the loss of membership under Article 6 (3), and approval for membership re-registration by the Exhibition Secretariat It is an exception in the case of obtaining. ② In case of false information, omission, or mistake in registration ③ If it is judged that registering as a member is significantly impeding the technology of the Exhibition Online Platform 3. The membership contract is concluded when the approval of the Exhibition Secretariat reaches the member. 4. If there is a change in the matters registered at the time of membership registration, the member must notify the Exhibition Secretariat of the change by means of amendment of member information within a considerable period of time. The Exhibition Secretariat is not responsible for any damages caused by the member's failure to change personal information. Article 6 (Member withdrawal and Loss of qualifications) 1. Members can request withdrawal from the Exhibition Secretariat at any time, and the Exhibition Secretariat handles withdrawal from membership immediately. 2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Exhibition Secretariat may restrict or suspend membership. ① In case false information is registered when applying for membership ② If the member does not pay the debts borne by the member in connection with the use of the Exhibition Online Platform and other goods purchased through the Exhibition Online Platform ③ Threatening the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with other people's use of the Exhibition Online Platform or stealing the information ④ In case of using the Exhibition Online Platform to be prohibited by laws or these terms and conditions, or to act contrary to public order and morals 3. After the Exhibition Secretariat suspends membership, if the same action is repeated two or more times, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the Exhibition Secretariat may lose membership. 4. If the Exhibition Secretariat loses membership, membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member is notified of this and given an opportunity to explain at least 30 days prior to membership cancellation. Article 7 (Notice to Members) 1. When the Exhibition Secretariat notifies the member, it can be made to the e-mail address specified by the member in advance with the Exhibition Secretariat. 2. The Exhibition Secretariat may replace individual notification by posting on the Exhibition Online Platform bulletin board for more than one week in case of notification to a large number of unspecified members. However, individual notifications will be given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's transaction. Article 8 (Personal Information Protection) 1. The Exhibition Secretariat collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide services when collecting personal information of users. 2. When the Exhibition Secretariat collects and uses user's personal information, it notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent. 3. The Exhibition Secretariat cannot use the collected personal information for purposes other than the purpose, and if a new purpose of use occurs or if it is provided to a third party, it notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent at the stage of use and provision. However, exceptions are made in cases where the relevant laws and regulations stipulate otherwise. 4. The user may request to view and correct errors in his/her personal information held by the Exhibition Secretariat at any time, and the Exhibition Secretariat is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, the Exhibition Secretariat will not use the personal information until the error is corrected. 5. The Exhibition Secretariat does not set the consent column for the collection, use, and provision of personal information as previously selected. In addition, services that are restricted when the user refuses to consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information are specifically specified, and services such as membership registration are made for refusal of the user's consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information other than required collection items. We do not limit or decline offers. Article 9 (Obligations of the Exhibition Secretariat) 1. The Exhibition Secretariat shall not do anything that is prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or against public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions. 2. The Exhibition Online Platform must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services. Article 10 (Member ID and Password) 1. Except in the case of Article 8, the member is responsible for managing ID and password. 2. Members must not let a third party use their ID and password. 3. When a member realizes that his/her ID and password have been stolen or used by a third party, he/she must immediately notify the Exhibition Secretariat and follow the instructions from the Exhibition Secretariat. Article 11 (Obligations of Member) Members must not perform the following actions. 1. Registration of false information when applying or changing 2. Any act of damage such as unauthorized change or deletion of various information posted in the Exhibition Online Platform 3. Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) other than those specified by the Exhibition Secretariat 4. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyright of “exhibition hall” and other third parties 5. Acts that damage the honor of the Exhibition Secretariat or other third parties or interfere with business 6. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information that is contrary to public order and morals 7. Acquiring another user's E-mail address and sending spam mail 8. Hacking or spreading computer viruses 9. Acts that violate other related laws Article 12 (Relationship between the Connecting website and the Connected website) 1. When the upper website and the lower website are connected by a hyperlink (eg, text, pictures and moving images are included in the hyperlink), the former is called the connecting website, and the latter It is called a connected website. 2. The connecting website is not responsible for guaranteeing transactions with users for goods/services independently provided by the connected website. Article 13 (Restriction of Copyright and Use) 1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Exhibition Secretariat belong to the Exhibition Secretariat. 2. The copyright of the post posted by a member on the website belongs to the author of the post, and all rights and responsibilities for the post rest with the member who posted it. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast information obtained through the Exhibition Online Platform without the consent of the Exhibition Secretariat, and shall not use it for commercial purposes or allow it to be used by a third party. Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer ) Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to others, and cannot provide this as collateral. Article 15 (Compensation for Damages) The Exhibition Secretariat shall not be held liable for any damages incurred to members in connection with the services provided free of charge, except in cases where such damages are caused by gross negligence of the Exhibition Secretariat. Article 16 (Exemption / Indemnity) 1. The Exhibition Secretariat shall not bear any responsibility for the information, data, accuracy, or reliability of the service, and the user shall be responsible for any loss, selection of data, or other disadvantages in using the service. 2. In violation of the provisions of Article 12, the Exhibition Secretariat shall not take any responsibility for the transaction of goods between users or between users and third parties, and shall not take responsibility for the benefits that users expect from the use of the service. 3. If a user violates Article 12 and other provisions of this Agreement and causes damages to the Exhibition Secretariat, the user who violates these terms shall compensate the Exhibition Secretariat for all damages and indemnify the Exhibition Secretariat from such damages. Article 17 (Dispute Resolution) The Exhibition Secretariat handles complaints and opinions submitted by members first. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the members will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule. In relation to the dispute between the Exhibition Secretariat and the member, the Exhibition Secretariat may follow the mediation of the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute mediation agency when a member requests for damage relief. Article 18 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law) Among the matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the rules for participation in the exhibition are applied to matters related to the exhibition, and these “Terms and Conditions” applies to matters related to the use of the exhibition website. Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Exhibition Online Platform and users. Attachment These terms and conditions will take effect on May 1, 2021.
