VHP Pass Box/Pass Through
It is a facility used to sterilize the surface of items brought into the clean room by integrating a VHP sterilizer into a completely enclosed pass box or pass-through. In the case of pass-through, mass-loading carts can be built to sterilize large quantities of items required for production at once.

Glove Leak Tester
It is used for leak testing of gloves installed in isolators or RABS. There are products that operate independently without separate operating equipment (PC, etc.) and products with SCADA applied. Test results are stored in the instrument's memory and can be printed wirelessly or saved to a USB memory. SCADA-applied products communicate with a PC and store test results in a database.

Down Flow Booth / LAF Booth
There are internal positive pressure clean booths, negative pressure weighing booths, and sampling booths. It is installed locally to protect products or workers in a clean room and can be implemented up to Grade A. In the case of clean booths, they can be manufactured to be mobile by attaching wheels as needed, or can be used wirelessly without a power connection by attaching batteries.

Isolator
We manufacture various types of Isolators, such as positive pressure isolators for sterility testing, filling machines and ALUS, and negative pressure Isolators for weighing and dispensing. Products that require an aseptic environment are sterilized using 35% hydrogen peroxide with a built-in VHP generator. Depending on the application, an particle counter, air sampler, anemometer, and thermo-hygrometer are installed for real-time monitoring, and software with 21 CFR Part11.
