This is a filter that uses hollow fiber membranes to remove sparingly soluble gaseous components (such as O₂, N₂, CO₂, and H₂) contained in ultrapure water for semiconductors or drinking water. Conversely, it can also be used as a device to inject gas components into ultrapure or drinking water.
